Attendant care is a service for individuals who need extra support at home or accessing the community. Hired Direct Support Providers work with clients to improve their daily living skills and increase independence. This skill-building takes place in areas such as cooking, shopping, transportation, medication administration, and more. 

Almost everyone has been presented with the question: "what do you want to do in life?"  This question is daunting for most people, but it can be even more so for individuals in the I/DD community. Discovery is a comprehensive client-driven program that assists individuals in figuring out their preferences, interests, strengths, and needs in regards to work. Through a series of informational interviews, job shadowing, and direct experiences, clients will receive a Discovery Profile that will highlight who they are individually and give them a path toward a fulfilled career path.
